Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase and are only accepted if the product is unopened and undamaged. All returns are handled in person by scheduled meetup at one of the following locations:

• Hario (preferred location with most flexible scheduling)

• Main (limited windows for return meetups)

Delivery and transport fees are non-refundable, both for the original delivery and for any return handling. Refunds for approved returns will be issued via the original payment method once the item is inspected and verified.
